sell items or fundraise at the Plum Community Festival should
register as an awareness group.
Those who wish to fundraise
through activities or the sale of food will need to fill out the
forms below. These forms can be filled out online and printed
or be printed and filled out by hand. Please mail the forms to
the address below.

Registration -
The registration form is to be completed and returned with your
deposit by April 9th, 2008. We are still accepting applications

Electrical
- If you have the need for electricity at your booth
(lights, cooking, etc.) please complete the electrical form in it's
entirety and return by April 9th, 2008. We are still accepting
applications at this time. Please contact

Waiver -
This is a liability waiver that your organization must complete and
agree to before you can participate. Return this form before the
festival.
Participants will not be allowed onto the grounds until we have this
form.
